Meet Beth Hines
A Graduate with Honors from UNC-Chapel Hill, Beth began her career as a Registered Nurse. After the birth of her children, she shifted her focus to real estate, drawn by the opportunity for a more flexible schedule. What started as a practical decision quickly became a passion, and since 1998, Beth has established herself as one of the Carolinas' top RE/MAX agents.
Beth’s accolades include induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the prestigious Circle of Legends Award. From 2005 to the present, she has ranked as one of the Top 10 Individual RE/MAX Agents in North Carolina. In 2014 and 2015, she earned the #1 Individual RE/MAX Agent in NC title for the most closed sales.
Beth’s success is driven by her commitment to staying at the forefront of technology and marketing strategies, ensuring her clients’ homes are marketed effectively and sold quickly.
Areas of ExpertiseBeth’s extensive experience includes both new construction and the resale market, working with custom home builders and buyers across Johnston, Wayne, and Southern Wake Counties. Approximately 75% of her business comes from resale homes, but her expertise also extends to FHA and VA foreclosures and horse/equestrian properties, combining her professional knowledge with her personal love for horses.
