As a Graduate with Honors from UNC-Chapel Hill, Beth Hines has always demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence. Starting her career as a Registered Nurse, Beth transitioned to real estate after the birth of her children, seeking a more flexible schedule. What began as a practical decision quickly became a passion, leading her to become one of the Carolina's top RE/MAX agents.
Beth has been selling real estate full-time with RE/MAX since 1998. From 2005 to the present, she has consistently ranked among the Top 10 Individual RE/MAX Agents in North Carolina. Her accolades include being the #1 Individual Agent in NC for 2015, earning #2 in 2014, and achieving the most closed transactions that same year. Beth has also been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has received the Lifetime Achievement Award, showcasing her exceptional dedication and expertise in the field.

Beth’s extensive experience includes a deep knowledge of both new construction and the resale market. She works closely with custom home builders throughout Johnston, Wayne, and Southern Wake Counties, leveraging her professional partnership with her husband, Linwood Earl Hines, Jr., a General Contractor and owner of Superior Homes of Johnston County, Inc.
While 75% of her transactions involve resale homes, Beth is also well-versed in FHA and VA foreclosed propertiesand works frequently with investors. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), skilled in assisting clients with short sales, and knowledgeable about a variety of loan programs.
Beth’s personal love of horses has also led her to specialize in horse and equestrian properties, a niche she finds particularly rewarding.
Family and Interests
Beth and her husband Linwood enjoy a shared passion for real estate and construction. Together with their two children, they spend their free time riding horses, visiting the beach, and playing sports.
