Deva Wiggs is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Director of Team Development and Operations for The Beth Hines Team. Born in Johnston County, Deva has spent most of her life in the area. However, her early childhood was spent in Germany, where her father served in the military. Growing up in a military family gave Deva firsthand experience with the complexities of moving, which allows her to empathize with clients navigating similar transitions.
After returning to Johnston County during middle school, Deva graduated from Princeton High School and later chose to make Eastern North Carolina her home after living across the country. Despite being rooted in the region, her love for travel continues to take her on adventures whenever she gets the chance.

Deva brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, with over 15 years in sales, along with a strong background in banking and local municipal government. Her diverse skill set and commitment to excellence make her a key part of the team’s success. In her role as Director of Team Development and Operations, Deva ensures that both the team and its clients receive top-tier support and service.
