Jeff Briggs: Over 35 Years of Real Estate Expertise
Jeff Briggs has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 1989, beginning his career as a licensed real estate salesperson for Kniffen Real Estate in Homer, NY. In 1991, Jeff relocated to North Carolina, where he worked with The Tarheel Companies of NC, a property management company in Raleigh. During this time, he gained extensive experience in the maintenance and service side of real estate operations.
In 1995, Jeff transitioned to the appraisal side of the industry, joining Elliott & Company Appraisers as a staff appraiser. By 1998, he achieved the prestigious designation of North Carolina State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, further solidifying his expertise.
In 2001, Jeff founded his own appraisal company, Accelerated Appraisals, Inc., which he continues to operate successfully. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted name in real estate appraisal across North Carolina.
In 2008, Jeff reignited his passion for real estate sales, earning his North Carolina Real Estate Broker License alongside his wife after completing the required education. With over 25 years in the industry, Jeff looks forward to continuing his legacy of success and contributing to the real estate market with dedication and integrity.
